Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an issue we will do our best to make it right.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us within seven days of receiving it. We may ask for photos so we can understand the issue.

2. Resolution Options
Once the problem is confirmed we can offer you either a replacement or a refund.

3. Non Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that are correct and undamaged.
